HEADLINE: Sultan Yacoub MIAs Promoted After 20 Years

Twenty years after the Sultan Yacoub battle in the Lebanon war, the IDF on Friday promoted to sergeant-major the three soldiers still missing - Zachary Baumel, Yehuda Katz and Zvi Feldman. OC Manpower Maj.-Gen. Gil Regev presented certificates to the families of the missing soldiers. They later met with Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Shaul Mofaz, who reiterated the army's commitment to do everything possible to ensure the return of their sons.
